About the program

SMS Copilot is an optional text messaging feature of Trade Counselor, a trade journaling application operated by Trade Counselor LLC. Registered users who opt in can text questions about their own trade journal to the Trade Counselor number and receive automated, AI-generated replies.

Messaging is strictly user-initiated: apart from a one-time welcome message confirming your opt-in, Trade Counselor only ever texts you in direct response to a message you send first. There are no marketing texts, alerts, or scheduled messages of any kind.

Terms

• By linking your phone number in your Trade Counselor account and texting Trade Counselor, you consent to receive automated SMS responses to your messages.
• Message frequency varies based on your conversations — Trade Counselor only responds when you text first.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
• Text STOP to cancel and stop receiving messages at any time. You will receive a final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. You can also unlink your phone number in your account settings.
• Text HELP for support, or contact us at support@tradecounselor.com.
• Your phone number and mobile opt-in data will never be sold, shared, or used by third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using the Trade Counselor application.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• The program is available on US mobile numbers and requires a registered Trade Counselor account with a verified phone number.

How opt-in works

Opt-in happens inside the Trade Counselor application: you enter your phone number in your account settings, agree to these terms via an explicit checkbox, and verify ownership of the number with a one-time code.
